With the expertise of staff Eva and Janet, team Hyacinth were able to learn how to prepare some classic cultural dishes.

GPSO offer a range of supports and living skill activities during day programs, hospitality being a Participant favourite. Our goal is to learn practical key cooking skills that can then be executed at home.
