Feedback and complaints
GPSO has a commitment to seek and use all feedback to improve the services we deliver. We believe that feedback, compliments and complaints can be used to improve what we do for the benefit of all our customers.
You are welcome to make a complaint or give feedback (suggestions, compliments or general comments) about any aspect of our service at any time. We appreciate complaints and feedback as this is an opportunity for us to address problems and improve services.

Report a concern anonymously
This is a secure area that allows you to safely and anonymously report questionable activities of GPSO employees, management or Participants.
This includes but is not limited by suspicious and illegal activities, such as: fraud, theft, assault, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and any other form of behaviour that leaves you or someone you know feeling unsafe.
Remember to include as many details as you can, such as: who the complaint is about, where and when the incident/s took place, what happened and how you came to be involved.
